Weird Outlook Behavior

Hi all,

I have a weird outlook problem. I am using outlook 2003 as well as a
blackberry device with Exchange server backend. Here's what happens,
my outlook client is set to check email every minute, however, it
really never gets delivered to my machine until I physically click on
the outlook client (i don't have to click on 'send and recieve' I could
click anywhere and a bunch of email will all the sudden get delivered
at the same time). Now, I know the email made it to the exchange
server since I can see them on my blackberry. Can anyone please help?

One minute is way too short a send/receive interval. Try something
reasonable, like 10 minutes.

You appear to have UDP blocking problems. See if any of these articles
help:

One minute is too short a time to allow the servers to reset. Ten minutes is
recommended, even though 5 is suggested as an option. Reset it to every 10
min. and that should clear the problem. Use the Send/receive button to force
a check in between times.
