Website not opening

I have been tring for days to open the website www.army.mil and it won't open. I ask my mother to open it on her computer and it opened fine. I don't know why it is not opening. Is there something I need to check in my settings? Please help. Thanks

What return do you get if you "ping www.army.mil"?
