Website email links not working

Clicking or right-clicking website email links doesn't work anymore. My email
is Windows Mail, but I get error messages that Windows Office Outlook failed
to open. I was told to reinstall Windows Mail, but I would lose my address
book entries and emails. How do I fix this problem? I checked in Options and
the option to make Windows Mail the default mail client is grayed out.

You can't reinstall Windows Mail.

Make sure that Windows Mail has all of the email defaults.
"Start" - "Default Programs" - "Set your default programs"

Where do I find "Default Programs" after the Start button?

OK thanks. I found it. Some boxes were checked in gray, but I checked ALL,
and I think it worked now.

If you don't see it on the right side of the Start Menu,
