webpage files on computer keep popping up for sign-in

I am probably missing something very simple but I have several website (page folders) that I built on my computer. Everytime I go to my documents or a drive with one of these web folders on it, it immediately jumps up for the login. This might sound like a small nuisance but when it does it for about 5 different sites in a row and it takes 4-5 clicks to get rid of each window, I am am going nutz. Also with my frontpage 2002 I no longer have work folders only the real sites. If anyone can offer advice I really need the help as this is something I have never had happen to me
