Window keeps popping up when I turn on my computer

I have a Dell computer and I'm not to sure on what to do when things go wrong
on my computer. Anyways, this dell window keeps popping up everytime I turn
my computer on. It started about a week ago. I should say it's a Dell folder
or something because theres files inside the window and I don't know what to
do to make it stop. I'm sure it's something simple, I just don't know where
to go.
If there's anyone out there who knows how to fix it please help me.

Without knowing what 'exact' window / Folder you refer to; no idea,
excepting try call to Dell tech
