Web Version of Lotus Notes

Toolbar for Web version of lotus notes will not come up
for this machine. Only displays red X in place of control.
Works on other machines. Have attempted resetting defaults
on IE, customizing IE, clearing histories, etc, etc. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Forgot to mention OS is Win XP. IE is 6.0.28 with SP2 for
XP.
