High CPU utilization with Lotus Notes 5 and IE6

Has anyone run across a problem with Lotus Notes and IE 6 that has the
CPU running high? The process that is using the CPU is the
nlnotes.exe. This usually occurs when notes is minimized and IE is in
use. It happens randomly and usually last for 10 - 15 seconds. So far
we have tried different versions of notes 5.04, 5.08, 5.012. The
systems are running windows XP sp1, IE 6 with latest updates. Thanks
for any help!!
