word 2007 and lotus notes

I hope someone can help me with this. I have someone who is trying to open a
..docx doc in lotus notes but nothing happens when she double clicks on it. If
she saves it to the desktop and double clicks nothing happens but if you
right clicks on the file then she can open the file and view it in word 2007.
She can open .doc with out any issues. I have uninstall lotus notes and
uninstalled office 2007 and re installed both but that didnt help.

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd likely be better off seeing whether IBM offers any similar forums for
Lotus Notes, although it's possible you might get an answer if you repost to
a Word-related newsgroup.
