Web-style user interface

How do you create a web-style interface ? For example a user interface
similar to what you can see in Microsoft Money. Are there specific objects
in the .NET Framework ? Do you know where I could find sample code or
detailed informations ?

I've never used Microsoft Money, so I have no idea how they do it, but it's
fairly trivial to host a web browser in your app. You don't have to display
all the buttons and stuff, you can simply have a window that renders HTML.
