Web site access

I can not access www.newsstand.com or www.avguide.com. I
have fooled around with all the settings I can think of.
This does not appear to be a software issue since the
problem appeared to have come out of no where
approximately 4-5 weeks ago with everything installed. I
reinstalled XP Pro but nothing. Any suggestions?
