Page developer needs to add code to make the page expire periodicaly. Unless
the page is manually edited and uploaded to the server before the
expiration, this would require a server side script like perl or active
server pages. Some server administrators don't enable server side scripts
for security reasons.
I'm having this problem too, but it's with my homepage:
Yahoo.com! There is no update problem with yahoo!
When I open the browser, it brings up a cached version of
the Yahoo page, sometimes several days old. When I hit
refresh, then I get the new page. I am on a broadband
connection, always live. I am using XP home edition.
