IE web page refreshing!

Ok, here is the deal, when I log on the internet and click on a web page, it
takes me back to the previous visit to that page instead of taking me to an
updated page. For example, I went to yahoo.com sports page almost a week ago
and when I clicked on it a few minutes ago, it was the same page from a week
ago instead of the most recent page. WHen I hit the refresh button, it
updates it. I do not want to have to hit refresh everytime I go to a web
page. Any suggestions on why it is doing it? I have IE Service pack 2.
Thanks in advance.

Go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Settings button and read
about the 4 choices available for refreshing the cache of stored pages.
