Is this a simple problem of just re-sizing the window? Often when I install
Windows, I have to manually change the size of the browser window to get the
pages to display properly.
If, however, this doesn't work, and no amount of window re-sizing or panel
moving will fix the problem, then try re-installing Internet Explorer. This

Also make sure you have the most up-to-date patches and fixes for both your
operating system and Internet Explorer. Windows Update will help there.
