Free web hosting is eventually worth every penny you pay for it.
Without an exchange of consideration, you have no recourse
against your hosting being dropped for any reason, complaint, or
allegation, whether the allegation is truthful or not; no
service level expectations.

At least with freeware,an individual has decided to give
something to the community. Web hosting, on the other hand, is
a continual expense for the host.
