Waving pages

Don't know what I did but now web pages are wavy and not smooth when I
scroll down.

xp/sp2
dell
nVidia geforce mx

I don't know what you did either but if this is a sudden change, do a
System Restore to when things worked. Start>Programs>Accessories>System
Tools>System Restore - "Restore my computer to an earlier time".

Otherwise update your video card drivers from Nvidia's website.
