Scrolling problem...

Ok, I had a problem that caused me to reformat my C drive... Everything
looks good now except one thing. When I scroll, the screen scrolls kind of
wavy instead of the smooth way it used to scroll. I checked out the
Smooth-Scroll options in the Mouse menu and in the Internet Properties menu,
but neither of these things fixed the wavy scroll problem... Does anyone
have any idea what will fix this???
