Wallpaper file locations

A. Dear

I am about to rebuild a user computer. He has a wallpaper
on his computer that he wants to keep. it is a picture
from an email that he used the set as desktop background
command to set. I know this sounds like a simple question,
but where does windows 2000 store the files that are used
as a background if they came from, say, the internet?

I know it sounds simple, but this isn't something that I
have even really thought about until now. thanks

Open Display properties and see what name is selected to display, then
go to Start, Search and look for that file name. Check the list of files
found to see which file your friend used.
