W32.Blaster.Worm

Took steps to remove blaster worm infection but have
found a file MSBLAST.EXE-ICA3376.pf in
C:\Windows\Prefetch. Don't know why the FixBlast from
Symantec did not remove it or whether I should remove it.
Am new computer/internet user.

Please advise.
