My internet connection does not work anymore

I have a network at home with two computers running on
Windows XP. I have a USrobotics router for the network.

Since I heard on the news about the Blaster worm and
Lovesan worm, I updated my computer via Windows Update. I
also updated my Symantec Antivirus software.

Today Explorer doesn't work anymore: there is no
connection.

Via the computer at my work (windows 98) I obtained the
necessary analyzing tool for Blaster and via the Symantec
site I obtained the Fixblast tool. I run them both and no
blasterworm was found.

Does anyone have a clue why my network is down? Maybe I
shouldn't have done anything and then my computer might
still work now?

I'm in trouble!

Kristo

What do you mean not working? Can't see the outside world or can't see the
home computer each other?

If the later, is your fire wall still on?
