HELP! I don't have MSBLAST!!!

I have the same worm that everyone else seems to have. I
have downloaded the newest patches from MS, AND I have
gone through the steps for removing the msblast.exe from
my computer. But I don't have msblast.exe anywhere on my
computer. Nor does it show up in the msconfig... The
symantec executable said it found a worm, but upon
rebooting, it still shutdown..

Now what??

KnowHow guys: Please fix me, if I'm wrong.

When trying to fix my own MSBlast problem, I had to turn off Windows XP
System Restore, because it wont let any AntiVirus to search inside its
folders (that is what I understood from Symantec).

You may try running the process again, after turning Restore Off. Only
problem is that when you do, you will lose all past Restore Points.
