W2K User login

I am having a problem with one of my users logging on to
the domain. She logs on to the domain but when she tries
to access a file on the server it asks for her username
and password again. when she enters it correctly it says
she cannot access it. when she enters the wrong info,
gets the error, then enters it correctly she can get on.
Sometimes it will log on to the domain fine and she can
access files w/out having to type in the info again. has
anyone run accross this one? I had this happen to other
users once before after I installed updates to the
clients but after I logged on to the domain under the
administrative account it worked fine. it has just
recently started doing it again on one client. Thank you

I have a similar problem, my clients are using Windows XP
wich include a manage password utility, just remove the
list of password that appears and the problem will be
solved
