W2K TS in Administration Mode

All:
I've installed/reinstalled TS for admin until I'm sick of it. I can't
connect to the server either with TS or RDC from W2KPro.
I don't see TS at all in Adminstrative Tools.
Suggestions?

And the installation of Terminal Services doesn't give any errors?
Is there anything in the EventLog?

Since you write "TS for admin", I assume that the server is running
W2K?
Is the Terminal Services service installed at all? Which status
does it have? Is the server listening on port 3389? Check with
netstat -an

Correct; W2KSP4. Nothing listening on 3389. net start doesn't show terminal
services at all.

I'm sorry, DemoDog, I have not the faintest idea what is wrong.
Obviously, Terminal Services is not installed at all, but how that
can happen without a single warning or error during the
installation is beyond me.

The only thing that I can think of is that your W2K installation CD
is corrupt, or that the W2K installation on your server has become
damaged after installation.
If this was my server, I would first do a quick install from
scratch on another computer, just to see if I could replicate the
problem. Depending on the results, I would call Microsoft Support.
