w2k sp4 RAS error

I have upgraded my remote users to WIN2K_SP4. Now they are
experiencing Script Errors when dialing in from remote
locations. Microsoft's Knowledge Base Article 824301 shows
that they are aware of the issue, but they want you to
contact Product Support Services to obtain the fix. We all
know that isn't free. Does any one know where to get the
patch w/o going through the hassles?

I have the same problem i.e. "Cannot load dialog Error
0xC000007A". I have read the KB article and need the fix
as I can't access one of my services that uses a RAS
script.
