RAS won't start after server restore

I am getting 20103 and 7024 errors when trying to start the RAS service. I
just upgraded the hard drives in the server and then did a full restore.
After that, the RAS service would not start. I followed some of the knowledge
base articles with no success. This is a Windows 2000 server SP4, AD,
Exchange 2003 with sp2 and TS is installed in application mode. The only
thing that I have found that I have not tried is removing and reinstalling
TCP/IP. I have been leary of trying that with Exchange server.

Robert,
Thanks for your reply. That is one of the articles that I tried. I did not
have IPX installed and that registry key did not exist for me.
