Can't start the RAS service

Hi!

We have a windows 2000 server, and we try to install the
RAS service but when we start the service the system reply
(I'm trying to translate it in English ;-)): "Unable to
start the RAS service".

Then I looking for an error in the service events and I
see two problems:

" unable to open the ISDN7-0 port for use. the specified
port is already open, Source=remoteaccess idevent=20108"

And the second one say:
"The RAS service stop with the specialservice error 499,
Source=service control idevent=7024"

I try to unconfigure the RAS service and configure again
but it never want to start again.

Does anyone can help us ?

i think that you speak french, so...

j'ai exactement le même problème que toi au sujet du RAS
qui ne démarre pas. Mon message est le même que le tien.

Peux-tu me dire si quelqu'un a trouvé une solution à ce
