Update 824301 corrects error message - but where can i find it?

Hello,
the article Error Message Occurs When You Try to Connect to a Server by Using a Remote Access Connection
(from http://www.support.microsoft.com/?id=824301 )
appears not to have the patch in question on it.
Does anyone know where i can find this?

You need to contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix
for KB 824301.
