Upgraded to 2003 - RAS Problems

Hello,

I just recently upgraded a server from Windows 2000 to 2003 and I am now
having some issues with Routing and Remote Access.

1. Routing and Remote access won't even start. The following error is in
the event log.

2. Every time I go to launch the MMC Snap in for Routing and Remote Access,
I get the error "An error occurred while trying to make a connection to the
datastore."

I have been able to find that this may be related to the file oledb32.dll
not being upgraded. I installed MDAC 2.8 thinking this may help, but it did
not. Also, I was able to find that MS KB# 837128 may have a solution, but
that article is no longer in MS's knowledgebase.
