VS2003 Activesync Connection problem

Can You tell me what may cause error: "Cannot establish a connection. Be
sure the device is physically connected to the development computer.".
None of the known advices helped. Can I find some info in log? Is there some
exact info on how VS - activesync communication works? I would like to find
out the reason for this problem.

Get "Windows CE Utilities for Visual Studio .NET 2003 Add-on Pack 1.1" at

and follow the instructions in ...\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
