Cannot establish connection

Age old problem i know. I've searched through the archives and tried most
things but it's still not working.

Error: Cannot establish a connection. Be sure the device is physically
connected to the development computer.

I've repaired my VS.NET install, i've reinstalled activesync, i've gone
through all the activesync settings and everything seems to be ok, i've
reboted both PC and PDA (hard reset)

Any ideas at all???

Did you install the Windows CE Utilities for Visual Studio .NET 2003 Add-on
Pack
1.1(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...milyID=7EC99CA6-2095-4086-B0CC-7C6C39B28762)?

That always solved our problems.
