Connecting to Small Devices Errors

Hello,
I have this problem
I am working on a small device application
I have visual studio .net
ActiveSync 3.8
Casio It 500
windows Ce v4.1
i have 2 casio when i try to deploy the application to the device
It work on 1 casion and doesn't on the second
it give the error:

Error: Cannot establish a connection. Be sure the device is physically
connected to the development computer.

Can anyone help with this problem

Dear Sergey Bodganov

i am sorry to inform you that the method in the link did not work with me
and it is a different situation i will try to uninstall and reinstall the
visual studio and see if it gona work.

if you have any other suggestions please inform me
