Win CE .NET 4.1 device connection error

I am unable to connect WinCE .NET 4.1(Casio DT-X10) through VS2003.
Connection is crteated through ActiveSynce. I have also installed "Windows
CE .NET Utilities v1.1 for Visual Studio .NET 2003.EXE" and done necessary
settings but :(.

Does your Windows CE.NET device connect to ActiveSync at all? Can you
explore the device from ActiveSync at all (is the green circle in the
desktop computer's system tray green)?

Paul,

And if you do have ActiveSync connecting, you may need to reboot the device
after setting the device type using the CE.Net Utilities.

I can connect to the device and I can explore every thing is ok but when
device is connected through IrDA only VS 2003 cant deploy application to the
device.
