You'll have to use something like DynDNS. It's free -
what's your bosses problem with it?

You can, of course, do it manually:
- Get your VPN server to send an automatic EMail
once every hour.
- Examine the header of this EMail and extract the
external IP address.
It's a little tedious but it does not rely on DynDNS.

First, thanks for the reply, but the method you suggest is reject by my boss
the problem is that, my boss is concern on the progam that the DDNS service
provide. If I use DDNS, I must using it's program to update the IP, my boss
ask me if these kind progam is secure or not, will it be easily hacked by
someone?

I assume you're asking if the "DynDNS-Updater" service contains
a trojan horse used by the DynDNS people to hack into your PC.
While this is, of course possible, it is equally possible that
Microsoft Word contains code to let Microsoft hack into
your PC. The question your boss needs to ask himself is this:
Which software suppliers does he trust, which ones does he
not trust, and what are his criteria? Write your own service if
you don't trust DynDNS!

Many routers (we use 3COM Wifi routers for our sales team) contain a
section for entering DDNS accounts with TZO and DynDNS, we use dyndns to
resolve the IP.

If you use such a router you don't then need the applet from DynDNS, the
router merely announces any IP address changes to the service as and
when they occur.
