VPN stopped working after blaster

My VPN connection stopped working after the blaster
virus, I applied the removal tool and the patch, now I
cannot connect to my VPN server at work, has anyone else
had this problem, or can offer me any advice on how to
proceed, I am at home with a DSL model hooked into a
linksys wireless router/firewall.. none of my settings
should have changed in my router, I have tried setting up
port forwarding on 1723 and on 500 but nothing help. Any
ideas?

I was beginning to wonder if anyone else was having
problems with VPN connections. I did not get hit with
the blaster virus, but I think one of MS updates has
broken my ability to connect to work. This has also
happened to a coworker running W2K who also keeps his
system up to date with patches. We are running the
NetScreen Remote Client 8.0 on W2K an 8.1 on XP Pro
systems. Have you learned anything more about this?
