VPN Server L2TP Configuration

I want to use L2TP in my VPN server, but I am having a
problem with certificate authority.
I installed it already and the wizard asks me to create a
certificate, which I did, but I do not know more than
that. I still get a message in the client that I do not
have a valid certificate. I need some help. thanks
