VPN Question

I have Windows 2000 Server, and was wondering how many connections are
allowed at once. I was under the impression that only one connection at a
time was allowed, but I'm not sure.

to better sum up what I'm asking is, I want to run a VPN server with my
Windows 2000 Server installation, so that other users from another state can
connect into the server and view a particular peice of software and access
it's database. However, the users that are out of state want to be able to
connect more than 1 user at once to the VPN server. Is this possible?
