VPN From Login Screen

Is it possible at the Windows XP login screen to use a VPN connector to
login to a domain? My list of connectors is only showing Dial-ups.

If you configure the connection as "for all users" it should show up in
the list of dialup connections. It doesn't show up if configured "for my use
only".

VPN is just a special case of a dialup connection. It uses tunnelling
instead of a modem. In other respects it works the same way.
