VPN Connection problem

I have a computer (Win XP Pro) that is connecting to our
VPN server (Windows 2K) but once connected the user
cannot connect to any resources. I can see the person
attached to the VPN server but I can not ping them (I can
others that are attached) and she can not ping me. No
firewall on the remote user and the XP firewall is not
activated. Any thoughts?

Stupid thought, but have you checked to see if the firewall is enabled
on the VPN connection on the XP machine (not the normal network
connection - the VPN connection)...
