VPN connection issues

I have a client who comes to my office and uses a vpn to connect to her
office, when she does this i lose internet access from my network, any ideas

She is using the built in XP vpn connection. May i also note the is a proxy
server in place asl well. thank you

On the VPN client, right click properties and select networking, go to TCP/IP
properties and go to advanced. Uncheck use default gateway on remote server.
Try to also bypass proxyserver VPN connections.

where do i find that?
