vote emails not appearing within tracking

I've set up an email with voting buttons. Some of the emails returned do not
appear wthin the tracking element of the original email. They do not differ
to ones that do appear. Can I get the tracking side to update? Any ideas
would be good as I don't really want to update manually.

Have you move orginal message to some other folder after sending? Then answer
can´t find orginal message and can´t move answer to Tracking page.
If not, try open answermessages; are the answers now in Tracking page`?

Hi,

I moved the original from the sent folder and then realised that this was
affecting it so moved it back. all messages are in the inbox. It appears to
be updating new ones but some that might have come in when the original email
was moved have not. can you get it to update?
