Vote tracking in Outlook 2003

I've setup an email with vote tracking. I sent the email to about 300 people
(all within my company). I've received about 150 email votes so far. When I
go to the original email to view the tracking it only shows me 15 or so
responses. There are 135 more emails in my inbox that haven't been recorded
on the original email. I've opened them manually to see if it would up the
tracking and delete one email vote to see if that would update the tracking
(these were recommended from the Outlook Help.)

I would like to get all of the email votes that are in my inbox into the
tracking on the original email.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Tracking relies on the opening of responses to suck the data out. If you
have a total of 15 responses showing on the tracking Tab, that's how many
you have dealt with correctly (i.e. opened.)

Open and shut each response, then look in the sent item email and the
tracking tab will have caught up with the responses.

And no, marking them as read does not work.
