That would be a function of the software that came with your keyboard,
not the keyboard itself.
Check that the software is running and see if there are any options to
modify actions.
When I go into control panel and trouble shoot keyboard, it tells me it's
working properly. It does change the volumn, I just can't see the lines, to
see the level it's on. Thank you
Control Panel is not where I would go.
What about your keyboard software?
Someone must have loaded keyboard software on your machine.
