Volume problems??????????

Any help w/ that?????I've checked the "master volume" and
still nothing. Please someone help. I am getting a little
stressed w/ this.

Well, I can't listen to any music or anything. I've
checked the "master volume" and nothing is mute. I've
also tried to adjust those settings. I also tried
the "system sounds" and nothing.
