vista - xp printer sharing Problem

we have 2 xp's that are networked and everything is working fine, file
sharing and printing

but now i bought a vista laptop and i got it to see the other pc's on the
network and even file sharing but..

when i try to print off a printer thats on the main pc it trys to connect
but then access is denied



can some body help
