I can receive emails and 99% of the time send them but I cannot reply to
emails. This is the error that comes up. Any suggestions?

Does your connection to that server usually cross over from one internet
provider's equipment to another's? If so, such connections to port 25
are often blocked to cause trouble for spammers, and internet providers
often don't tell you about changes in whether they block them.

Check here to see if Verizon allows you to use any other port:

Just trying all the other ports is a very slow way to find out; there
are about 65,000 ports.
