Vista unresolved errors on my pc

Kunle Amuda

Thanks for reading this, I shall be very brief but detailed about the issue
with my pc.

1. My laptop does not resume from hybernation. When it restarts, it says I
have shutdown improperly and it prompts me for restarting normally.

2. My laptop will not connect through the LAN port for internet
connectivity. I have clicked the "diagnose and repair" for a solution and the
issue still remains. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue
persist.

Kindly help with all the available option for rectifying this issues. I
shall be very glad and greatful to you all. Thanks a million.
I use ACER ASPIRE 4720Z notebook, with vista home premium installed.
