the laptop is running very smoothley and im having no trouble.... but
when i play music using the laptop in any form e.g youtube, win media
player e.t.c....even when playing from an mp3 player using the line-
in
port. the laptop just crashes....the whole computer just freezes.

ive tried re installing the drivers e.t.c and no joy....

maybe it is not an issue
caused by windows
but rather an issue that
is causing windows to
crash.

this would then be a
problem for the acer
technical support.

I'm having a similar problem.. I've got a Dell with duel AMD 64s and Vista.
If I try playing music it crahses (blue screen of death total reboot) after a
minute or so. This problem only occurs with Windows Media Player, all other
audio is fine.

I've up-dated all drivers etc, etc but nothing works. If I find anything
I'll let you know.
