Pc make noise when start

When I star my pc, It’s very noisy. To stop this noise I restart it, and then
it functional normally, now noise. Can there be missing some files? My pc is
a Acer aspire whit Windows XP. Can anybody help me whit this problem I will
be very glad and thankful.

It sounds like the problem could be a fan, or perhaps even a hard drive.
Since you have a laptop, call Acer tech support.

Noise from the computer shouldn't be do to missing files. It could be the
hard drive or a fan. You should contact the computer's tech support.
