That has nothing to do with Vista, rather your mail server. It thinks your
message is SPAM. You would need to contact them to find out why it is
flagged as SPAM.

If you try to send out one e-mail, regardless of whether it contains
business info, advertising or pictures of your cat, to an excessive number
of e-mail addresses, your ISP will consider it to be spam and will block it.
