You say you can send but not receive?
However, the error message you included was for a send failure.

Pinktaffydesigns.com is not an ISP, and as such will be subject to
port 25 blockage from your real ISP. For more on this topic see
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Port_25_Blocking.aspx

The workaround is to use your ISP's SMTP server in place of
mail.pinktaffydesigns.com. Your recipients will never know the
difference.

yes, I can receive but not send. The only problem is, I am out of town and I
don't know who the ISP ... any way around that?

Does your email provider offer webmail access to the mail? That doesn't
use port 25, so it's not subject to the port 25 blockage. It doesn't use
Windows Mail either - usually Internet Explorer instead.

For short away-from-home trips it is best to use your home ISP's
webmail for sending. If you make longer trips on a regular basis,
you should get a free Gmail account, configure it for POP access,
then use the Gmail SMTP server for sending. It uses port 465, so
it is not affected by the port 25 block.
