Can't forward or send e-mails

We just started receiving this message and can't forward or send any e-mails.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'P&S', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Change Port 25 to Port 587 and also disable your AV from scanning your in and
outgoing emails
